Yahoo says all 3 billion user accounts were breached in 2013

Yesterday Yahoo announced all three billion Yahoo email accounts were affected by the huge data breach in August 2013, instead of one billion as was announced last year.

User account information that was stolen during the hack included names, email addresses, hashed passwords, birthdays, phone numbers, encrypted or unencrypted security questions and answers of the three billion Yahoo email accounts.

This hack shows once again the importance of always using a different password for every website to reduce the risk of passwords being exposed.
Use KeyHasher to generate safe and unique passwords for every website by using one and the same phrase as input.

KeyHasher is not vulnerable to password theft because your password information is not being stored.
Easy, safe, no hassle !
